Listening to Cougar
Join biologist David Stoner and Cougar Fund co-founder Cara Blessley Lowe tomorrow morning, Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at 8:15 a.m. MST for a conversation on Listening to Cougar, a new collection of essays and stories edited by Marc Bekoff and Lowe on Park City, Utah's NPR affiliate, KPCW.

Stoner, a contributor to the book, will discuss his big cat research and findings in the wild lands of Utah and the urban edge of Salt Lake City. Lowe will address the Cougar Fund's work and mission to protect the species through science, education and building public awareness of the cougar's role on the landscape as humans come into increasing contact with these large carnivores.

To listen to the program live in the Salt Lake area, tune in to 91.9/ 88.1 FM or check it out online at kpcw.org/listen.
