Photo Giveaway Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Open to legal US residents who are 18 years or older. To enter, complete the online Contact Us/Email newsletter sign up form. The Photo Giveaway begins at 12:00AM ET on September 26, 2009 and a prize will be offered each quarter, beginning end of Q4, until notification is posted that the Photo Giveaway has ended.

All online entries must be received before the last day of each quarter in order to be eligible for the drawing that quarter. Sponsors not responsible for late, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions or incomplete entries; failed computer hardware or software, telephone, server or other technical failures. Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or illegible entries. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and notified by telephone and/or email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. You only need to enter once; you are eligible for the first drawing after you register, and for all subsequent drawings, until the time that the giveaway opportunity has ended or expired.

Prizes: One framed 5 x 7 print of the photograph "Mother's Love," by Tom Mangelsen.

All other expenses not included in prize description are sole responsibility of winner. Approximate retail value: $90.00.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic request, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

Taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that Sponsors may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, address, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation and Sponsors shall have no liability of any kind arising in connection with the Giveaway or from the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsors reserve the right to modify, terminate or suspend this Giveaway should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
